Myymis- ja hukkaamiskiellon täytäntöönpanoa varten Um:lle asetettua vakuutta ei voitu määrätä palautettavaksi, kun vastapuolen oikeus vaatia korvausta myymis- ja hukkaamiskiellosta hänelle ehkä aiheutuneesta vahingosta ei ollut rauennut.
